Designed to improve drying efficiency, sterilization workflow, instrument protection, and operational reliability , it provides a faster and more efficient solution for modern dental and medical practices. Fast, Efficient Sterilization & Drying With a full-load cycle of approximately 45 minutes , the DASLAV S TSD eliminates the need for a separate post-sterilization drying process. Instruments can be packaged after cleaning and placed directly into the autoclave, delivering dry and sterilizable instruments in just over 30 minutes under the stated process. Compared with conventional workflows, this can save at least 60 minutes and significantly improve instrument-processing efficiency. Advanced TSD Drying Technology The TSD system is designed to provide thorough drying while protecting instruments from excessive heat. During the drying phase, the chamber temperature does not exceed 137°C , helping reduce heat-related damage to instruments and components. This is particularly important for hollow instruments such as dental handpieces, where residual moisture can contribute to rust, lubrication problems, noise, component ageing, and reduced service life.
