Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Imdent — the dental clinic management, marketplace, and patient-engagement platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Imdent on behalf of a clinic, supplier, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, including API keys you generate. You must be of legal age and, where applicable, a licensed dental professional or an authorized representative of a clinic or supplier.

2. Subscriptions, billing, and Imdent Credits

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Your content and patient data

You retain ownership of the data you submit, including patient records. You grant Imdent a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any patient consent required by law and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Marketplace and suppliers

Imdent connects clinics with suppliers and dental labs. Imdent is not a party to transactions between them and does not guarantee any product, price, delivery, or lab outcome. Settlement, payouts, and any commissions are governed by the in-product terms shown at the time of the transaction.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta, payment processors, mapping, and analytics). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's terms, and Imdent is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Imdent is a practice-management and communication tool and does not provide medical advice; clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the treating professional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imdent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, paid features are disabled; you may request an export of your data for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to any mandatory consumer protections. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product, and continued use means you accept them.
