Overview: Shore A-65. Light body available in dual chamber cartridge. Hydrophilic nature. Can be used with any other addition silicone putty. Product Description: Ad Sil Acura Light Cartridge is a polyvinyl addition silicone impression material in wash consistency (Light Viscosity). It is one of the most acceptable impression materials owing to its unique advantages of ease in handling, compatible to all die materials. Ad Sil Acura Light Cartridge is hydrophilic and thixotropic type. Indications: Where precise Impression is required especially during crown & bridge prosthesis. Contra Indications: Avoid use of this product in patients with allergies to Silicone. Precautions: Polyvinyl addition silicone should not be handled with sulfur cured rubber gloves. Aluminum based astringent can retard setting of material. Material while setting should not be put under undue stress as the same could distort impression after withdrawing. Do not use with poly ether, poly sulfide or condensation type of material. Avoid contact with eugenol materials, latex, oil, acrylates, glycerol and spray-type or ointment-type topical surface anesthesia (eg. Lidocaine) Procedure: Ad Sil Acura Light Cartridge could be used with 1 step or 2 step impression taking technique.
