Silicone pads provides support to the ankle. It alleviates pain in Achilles tendon tears and tendonitis edema. By covering the Achilles tendon on the inner surface, it relieves pressure on the tendon and provides comfort through a silicone heel eleator. It is used in Achilles tendon ruptures, tendinitis edema and ligament injuries. It is made of highly elastic, air permeable and compressive knitted fabric and has silicone pad placed over the Achilles tendon to reduce the stress and heel pad to reduce the tension on the tendon.
